Hello everyone,

I embedded groovy into my application, and I want to access an Oracle
database through my groovy script.

The problem is that I am getting a "java.lang.ClassNotFoundExcept ion:
oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDrive r" error from my groovy script - but I'm
not sure why.
Any idea how i can get this to work or some instructions that points

In conf/DataSource.groovy, check your dbCreate attribute. It sounds like
it's set to "create". Make sure it's set to "create-drop" or "update" if
you wish your changes to be propagated automatically.

hi
i use netbeans to work with grails. i insert
class Book {
String name
int isbn
to domain class and run the app.afterthat i insert another attribute
to the domain class and run the app.
class Book {
String name
int isbn
String author
but i couldn't see the author column on my table,that means
after running the app i couldn't see the changes which i'v applied.

Hi Teg,

I don't expect that the meeetup itself will be longer than an hour or
so. Unfortunately, the meetup is likely to be over about the time
that you are leaving your office. We might be heading out for dinner
