Java/Grails Lead

I apologize if this comes across as spam, not my intention.

We're in a search to hire a Lead Groovy/Grails developer at Object
Partners for a new project. Our preference would be to hire this
person as a full-time employee. The initial assignment will require
travel to San Francisco for 2-3 weeks to start, with periodic monthly
travel after (a few days a month through July at most). The rest of
the assignment will be based at Object Partners downtown Minneapolis.

Ideal qualifications:

--Needs to have worked with Grails for at least a year, and must also
be comfortable training/mentoring a group that is new to the
technology.
--Experience leading a team of up to 10+ people (mostly developers
with only Grails familiarity).
--Experience with the full development cycle (analysis/requirements,
design, development, implementation, and testing).
--Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environment.
--Expert in developing distributed, Internet-based and client/server
applications using JEE (JDK 1.4 through JDK 1.6) technologies on UNIX/
Linux platforms.
--Rich experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML
methodology and Design Patterns.
--True “Consulting” skills; able to work with most technologies, with
any client, at most locations in the Minneapolis metro.
--As an OPI consultant, you will responsible for working in multiple
roles and environments developing web based applications.
