Hello,
my name is Alessio Stalla, I am a member of the JUG Genova (Italy) and I
work at ManyDesigns (http://www.manydesigns.com).
Our company produces the open source software ManyDesigns Portofino, written
in Java and extensible in Groovy. Following the launch of the new version,
Portofino 4, we are contacting Java and Groovy communities around the world
to ask for feedback.
Portofino allows to create a complete web application automatically,
starting from an existing database schema.
The framework supports CRUD operations, CMS features, an interactive
calendar, Groovy actions modifyiable on the fly, Liquibase (incremental db
schema evolution), security with Apache Shiro and much more.
Programming is performed online and developing new features does not require
to continually redeploy as it usually happens with traditional web
application development.
We'd like to have your opinion!
If you're interested, you can learn more about Portofino at:
http://www.manydesigns.com/en/portofino
If you want support in using it or if you want to provide us with feedback,
you can use our mailing list, manydesigns-portofino@googlegroups.com
You can also follow news and improvements on Twitter:

I remain at your disposal for any clarification.
Goodbye, and I hope to hear back from you soon!
Alessio
