Doe's anyone know who is responsible for fixing the cracked sidewalk
approach to this development? Is this another cost the taxpayer's are
going to have to pay for? I hope not! I hope these things are inspected
and not by old family friends.

I find your perspective a bit curious: How can someone be "demonized"
by reminding folks of the part he played in the 60-acre proposed Van
Wyngarden annexation by Barclays North? Are you afraid of knowledge?
I do not know Mr. Van Wyngarden, so I have no opinion of him. But Big
Kudos to him for teaching our children, a VERY tough job these days.

I'm glad you find amusement in our website. Lord knows, us little
taxpayers these days have little enough to give us a chuckle, so I try
to do my part.
If you like free entertainment (as the G.R.I.T. website and forum is
now and always has been), I also highly recommend attendance at all the
public hearings, workshops and "Planning" Commission and City Council

Hey, now, as you well know, the growth philosophy (based on some
unknown concept) is that in Sultan when new homes are built there are
no impacts on the community, plain and simple. Every new development
happens in a vacuum, and when all of the buildable lands have been
built out, then by some miracle industry and retail outfits will fill

By asking those questions, the conclusions you have drawn are partially
correct. You will NOT be able to ride dirt bikes or use motorized
vehicles (which includes ATVs and Snowmobiles) in the Wild
Sky-designated area.
However, you WILL still be able to hunt in Wild Sky because the
