You question is..."Notice of Application - Russell Van Wyngarden for a
7-lot Cluster subdivision on 17.9 acres near U. S. 2. (The applicant's
name is Russell Van Wyngarden. Sound familiar?"

Yes very familiar. He is a wonderful guy that has served the Sultan
area as a teacher in it's schools for MANY years. Thanks for trying to
demonize everyone in your path...

I find your perspective a bit curious:  How can someone be "demonized"
by reminding folks of the part he played in the 60-acre proposed Van
Wyngarden annexation by Barclays North?  Are you afraid of knowledge?

I do not know Mr. Van Wyngarden, so I have no opinion of him.  But Big
Kudos to him for teaching our children, a VERY tough job these days.
I'm certain as such, that he, at least,  has no Fear of Facts.

Stay calm old timer. The demonization of the web master has been going
on for years by people like you that hide behind the mask of a computer
screen. What she has done is change the way Sultan does business. It is
not so easy to be an old timer anymore. As for Mr. Van Wyngarden, he is
just an old time teacher, most likely buds with Mr. Boucher, who settled
in the valley of "one road, one river" and is now going to cash in on
his ivestment. If it legal, good for him. But for every house built in
the valley it means more traffic, heavier loads on public services like
police and fire and sewer. I guess you could always vote no on police
and fire and school levy's. But it will cost you if you do not watch
the "old timers"
