In Caroline Eader's  excellent newsletter article that mentions  Zero Waste restaurants in Atlanta, she references the support of the National Restaurant Association.  For those who can make good use of this endorsement, I googled the Association and found this documentation :

"One of the primary goals of the Association is to provide valuable resources to help its members stay ahead in a fast-paced  industry....“Atlanta’s Zero Waste Zone program has been greatly successful, and we are now looking to expand that success to communities nationwide,” said Scott DeFife, executive vice president for policy and government affairs, the National Restaurant Association.
