County Food Waste Digester - RFP for Feasibility Study and Initial Facility Design

I thought that people might be interested in looking at this RFP and perhaps  either providing Dane County with questions or comments or forwarding it to others who might be interested.

The RFP requires surveys to find out the availability of food and other feedstocks in the County, bench testing of the ability to process feedstocks, preliminary designs, analysis of the environmental impacts of the proposed system with the status quo, and more.

Hi All,
In addition to manure digestion, Dane County, WI is interested in the possibility of a food waste digester.  As such, we have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a feasibility study and initial facility design of a food waste digester in Dane County.  The RFP documents can be downloaded here: http://www.countyofdane.com/pwht/bid/logon.aspx.
