Celebrate Car Free Day Tomorrow

Sustainable Transporters,

Green Wheels HSU is hosting the seventh annual car-free day this Tuesday (tomorrow), and we would like to invite everyone to join us. This is the day for people who normally drive to school to try something new, and for people who already choose a transportation option other than single occupancy vehicles to celebrate there decisions with other folks.

-We will begin our celebrations tomorrow morning with the Tour d'Arcata Bike Ride at 7am - An easy bike ride that finishes up on campus with a free breakfast. 
-Meet at the Bayside Grange or the Mad River Community Hospital, or the Plaza.  You will even make it back for 8 o'clock classes.

- We will be playing an outdoor Bike-in/Walk-in movie at 8pm on the quad.
- come watch a movie with us, bike-in style, bring warm clothes or a sleeping bag and some snacks!
- Now showing Quicksilver, and a few shorter video clips.
