Position Title - 4-H Intern and Seasonal (2 positions available)
Position Location/Territory - Little Rock State Office - 4-H Youth Development
Salary/Wage Rate - $7.25 - $11.00 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications
- Completion of one semester of college or equivalent at the time of application preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) required.
- Ability to use a computer for data entry, word processing, and other computer functions required.
- Availability during entire employment period required.
- Previous participation in 4-H or other youth organization desirable; however, not participating as a 4-H member during the employment period strongly preferred.
- Ability to assist with loading, unloading and carting of educational materials.
- Must pass Youth Protection Clearance.
Nature of Position
- Temporary Position - May 14 - August 3, 2012.
- Some weekend, evening, and overnight trip work required.
- Works in the development, implementation and evaluation of 4-H youth educational programs from the State Office of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service.
- Will assist faculty with the preparation, hauling and set-up of educational materials and exhibits and activity materials.
Reports to:
Works under the supervision of the Extension 4-H Youth Development faculty.
