espresso cart for event

Does anyone know of a reliable espresso cart service for an event in the Bay Area? Extra points if it is sustainable and/or uses organic/fair trade coffee. We’re having an employee event here at the end of the month. There could be 80 people that need to be served, so we’ll need more than one server.
