What is great about this article is that it demonstrates what one
community can do when it pulls together and make's things happen.
Similar stories are common in parts of Europe where local communities
have pooled resources to but a wind turbine and generated enough
profit to buy even more creating strong regional cooperatives of
locally owned power. Local ownership is one of the great advantages/
upsides of renewables.
