Is it better to have DC wiring or partial DC in house with Solar
Energy PV power supply with DC motor fans and lighting System. The TV
and Computer should also have a different power input unit. That way
the losses of conversion and inversion can be avoided. As most of the
devices are electronic and as dc motors are more efficient than the ac
motors. Don't you all think there must be a paradigm shift in small
electricity users like households.

The households can have battery units that can have hybrid charging
from electric power from utility companies and solar power from roof
top systems.

This way the total energy requirement will also reduce.

This has come up on Green-India in the past though I can't find the post. Basically it's a good idea to have 12V DC wiring in addition to 220V AC particularly for lighting, fans and electronic equipment. You'll need to retain 220V AC as you can't run high powered devices on 12V DC.

By reducing the AC load you'll minimize the conversion losses though DC wiring cost will be significant and you may have to purchase new DC appliances.

For a great discussion on this, read this post on Treehugger blog and especially the comments underneath.

Some analyst estimate about 1/7 of total power is produced by DGs in India

India's transmission lost is about ~40% (~10% in other countries) from the power plants to your homes. From the homes to appliances another 30% is lost through converting from AC to DC. In theory only 30% of power produced is actually used.

A smart DC micro grid is the way to go.
