Greasemonkey suddenly stopped working

Hi,

Have the latest version of Firefox (10.0) and Greasemonkey (0.9.15),
but it has stopped working. I press on the icon, but nothing happens
(apart from the icon being 'greyed out' .

The only thing I have done is cleared the cache.

Is this a known issue?
