Missing P4CONFIG in grease monkey Brazil package

I just installed the brazil package EnvImprovementGreaseMonkey on my desktop and can't perform any p4 actions (add/edit) because it's missing the .P4CONFIG file. Is anyone aware of this issue and/or does anyone have an easy fix for it?
