The greasemonkey website is now back up. Must have been a temporary
Blogger glitch.
As for the original question, it's clear I need to loosen my grip on
Greasemonkey. I don't have the time to review every patch, and
blocking on me stifled all that creativity we had going for a little
while.
For now, Gareth, go ahead and merge your @import branch into trunk and
make a test build from trunk for us to play with. Once we work out all
the bugs, we can do a new release with that plus FF3 support.
After that, I want to start relying on you all more to review changes.
Since it is a small group of us that work on GM, we can probably just
do something simple, like:
* Send out a patch/branch
* If somebody else reviews it and thinks it looks good, and nobody
else thinks it looks bad, then submit
We'll see how that goes. My hope is that a core group of developers
evolves to maintain Greasemonkey and I can fade more and more into the
background.
