Pace Race

Please join me for the Pace Race for Prostate Cancer Run on Sunday,
October 25th here in Kirkland. In addition to the 5K race/walk,
they've added a 10K race/walk event this year.

Just FYI to all of you who will be running...
We did not produce new GJanes t-shirts for this year's run since there
were so few people signed up.
So, if you already have a GJ t-shirt (of any kind), plan to wear it.
If not, and we have your size in our current stock of gray GJ shirts,

Salmon Days Run

For those of you who are running in the Salmon Days run on Sunday,
let's plan on meeting at GJ's about 8am. It's not too late to sign up
folks. So far we've got about 10, which is about half the turn out
from last year. The forecast looks perfect by the way.

Anyone interested in a run Sunday morning, we'll be departing GJ's at
9am sharp. The plan is to run the Rotary Run route for either the 10K
or 5K...the choice will be yours.
