MapKnitter fixes and brief outage planned tonight

Hello all - after the big influx of new users last week (probably related to the Google announcement) I made some small tweaks to MapKnitter and will be rolling them out in the next hour or two. You may want to hold off on new map exports until that is complete. 

We're also taking the whole PublicLaboratory website down briefly but it should be for less than a minute. FYI!
