Hey there,

I'm attempting to use gs_routeserver to do some routing in NYC, but
for some reason it's making me walk everywhere, even when I know
there's a faster subway route between two places.

The list on /vertices includes the stations from the GTFS feed, and
when I put them in as origin and dest on /path it knows where they
are. For some reason, though, the subway route between them doesn't
seem to exist.

Any ideas?

Sounds like your street graph and your transit graph are disjunct.
Hook 'em up with Link edges.
