configure error in v2

Hi,

I saw the following errors when ./configure --bootstrap --eigen --yes: 

-- Detected demo app: shortest_path

-- Copying Files: *.tsv

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:542 (file):

  file called with inappropriate arguments

The output of hg summary:

it turns out my cmake is old. (cmake 2.8 is good)
