Pending pull requests

Hi all,

Is there anyone out there that can take a look at the pending pull requests on GitHub and decide what should be done with them? I'm afraid I haven't kept up with development very well and I think some of the more recent contributors might have better insight than I as to whether the pull requests should be merged into the main code base.

Yes I'm planning to do this tonight or tomorrow.  We will need to release a new version to address the R17 release of Android, similar to what we did for R14 before.  I'll provide a summary when I start merging the PRs.

Just a heads up I created a milestone for 1.2.0, with the significant changes being Android R17 and Gradle 1.0-rc-1 support.  Made the necessary reviews to the PRs and am just waiting for them to be completed before merging.
