Whatever your view is on banking bonus'us, this is the nightmare of big brother, paying a bonus for success is the basic principle of the John Lewis partnership, paying a bonus for failure is wrong but this is endemic in the public sector, Network Rail is a classic example

 

This is purely a politically motivated move, why don't they limit the vaste profits of Apple, could it be they love claiming for Ipads on their expences, what about the salarys of public officials or the millions made by the Blair using his public contacts to buy multi million mansions for cash whilst avoiding taxes with offshore dodgy companies
