What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a screen with low vertical resolution.
2. Enable 'Scheme generation' in secondary view.
3. Gpick window is too big to fit in the screen, and cannot be resized.

Secondary view should have some way to reduce vertical size of its
contents. One solution is to add a scrollbar.

Overall vertical size reduced in revision 8cd5f14bc2.
Scrollable secondary view implemented in revision e8f6a4fc07.
