I get info on OPRA bills too so let's add these to our list.  They include requirements to post things on websites, so while they're OPRA, they're technically US.

http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2012/Bills/S1000/538_I1.HTM (allows for all legal settlements to be public information, though does not specify that access has to be on the web [yet])

 

http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2012/Bills/S1000/535_I1.HTM (speaks to posting meeting dates / agendas / notice on the web)

 

http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2012/Bills/S1000/534_I1.HTM (affects the state and counties... requires recording of closed sessions, public access to those recordings, though does not specify that access has to be on the web [yet])
