construct a 64,000 gross square foot, four (4) story administrative
building addition to include open office, private office, administrative
support areas, conference spaces, library, ADP room, storage, kitchen
and dining space. Supporting facilitites include water, sewer, storm
drainage, natural gas, ventilation and air conditioning system, energy
efficient heating, energy efficient lighting, elevators, fire detection
and suppression, security system, parking, handicapped access,
information systems, communications, landscaping, pavement and general
site improvements. Magnitude of project is estimated to be between
$3,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Duration of project is 555 calendar
days. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. Sic Code 1541 applies.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor
Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Information on
registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by
calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at hhtp://ccr.edi.disa.mil.
Lack of registration in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible
