The U. S. Department of Commerce intends to obtain landscape
architectural design and maintenance services to complement the Herbert
C. Hoover Building, listed on the national registry of historic sites.
The period of performance will be 10/01/00 to 9/30/01 with two option
years. The contractor shall provide as required all management,
supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to
provide the Department of Commerce, Herbert C. Hoover Building, to design
and maintain the landscape of the grounds at 14th & Constitution Avenue,
N.W., Washington, DC. This requirement is set-aside for small
businesses. The SIC code is 8999. The incumbent contractor is
Professional Landscape Management Services, Inc., 804 Olive Drive, Silver
