bug in bio_iow

Hi all,

Just to report that a minor bug was found in the bio_iow code while
comparing results of gotm-bio-iow and gotm-fabm-ergom (i.e., the IOW model,
ported to the Framework for Aquatic Biogeochemical Models, and coupled to
GOTM). The bug relates to the conversion between dynamics of fluff (/m2) and
detritus (/m3) - the appropriate division by layer height was missing in the
conversion of the loss of fluff to the production of detritus. This is now
fixed in the developers' version. Note that the difference will only show up
if the height of the bottom layer deviates from 1 m.
