感谢对Git中文本地化的贡献。Git维护者 Junio 已经确定了Git本地化工作流程。

我对其中的几处做了修改并以补丁方式发送到 Git 列表：
1. 中文本地化团队版本库：https://github.com/gotgit/git-po-zh_CN/
对于中文本地化请基于本版本库克隆和发送pull requests。
抱歉之前版本库地址换来换去，此次URL写入 po/TEAMS 文件，就不会再变了。
2. Git l10n 协调者版本库（Git l10n coordinator repository）
地址为： https://github.com/git-l10n/git-po/
中文本地化贡献者要注意：千万不要向这个库发送 pull request，因为这个库
是 l10n 协调者和各个语种的 team leaders 沟通专用的。
3. 更新后的 TEAMS 文件会包含目前为止贡献者名字。

现在本地化翻译，德语和越南语的进度都比中文快了。我很心急，
但我最近2到3周要忙公司业务，有时间的话，大家可以尝试翻译一下。

Git上游多出的 323 条新字符串已经翻译完成，大家抽空帮着审核一下。

主要是以下两个提交。
