What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to use Transxchange2GoogleTransit with a v2 Naptan CSV
2. Get "stopfile column ATCOCode not found" and similar

I have a patch which switches to the Naptan v2 column names.

Add switch to configuration file to accept v2 format stops file.
