Frequencies table "start_time" and "end_time" ignored

Hello,
I am wondering why the columns "start_time" and "end_time" in the
Frequencies table are ignored by the Trip Planner? This has been the
case for a long time, goes against the GTFS specification, and has the
potential to cause misleading results to users. Can this issue be
corrected?

If you use the feed validator tool, it will make a nice plot of all
the bus stops as waypoints in a Google Maps widget. Not sure about
bus routes though. GTFS allows specifying custom path colors in the
database with the "route_color" column and for the text with the
"route_text_color" column.

How do I show multiple timezones correct for my feed? I have one stop
that is in Eastern and the rest are in central time. I am getting
conflicting responses from Google and this is the only thing holding
up my feed from being posted.

well have changed by this point.

Over a year ago the director of our transit agency asked that we try and put
together the data to get our agency listed on Google Transit after receiving
requests from our riders and I attempted to begin the process.

Back in March 2009 we received the following as part of an email:
