I'm sorry to say this but the new Google Transit is extremely
difficult to use. Not at all intuitive, why would you go and
drastically revamp something that was so simple and beautiful and
something which I use 10 times a day. I think you need to fire your UI
guy. Really bad usability....
I guess I don't have that many fond memories of the old interface. The
new one seems pretty good to me! Having all options in the left panel
seems like a better layout.
I do have problems with the right click to set to/from but I found if
you blank out to or from and hit get directions things get reset OK
and the mouse works again. And what problems I did have were with the
regions under test and not live areas.

With this new interface you can no longer jockey destination points
when there are more than two. This was a great feature in the old
version and made trip planning very easy. Any plans of putting this
capability back in?

Could you elaborate what you mean by "jockey destination points when there are more than two"? Google Maps has never let you get transit routes for more than two destinations, so I'd like to make sure I understand your intent.
