I am planning on putting our new Chromebook carts on a shared Google Calendar for sign-outs at each school that received them. Does anyone have any suggestions - do's and don'ts -works/doesn't work so that I can have a smooth transition from paper calendar sign-outs?

I would like to use google docs with my 4th graders who DO NOT have email accounts. I created 22 sub accounts for them by adding a +1 - +22 after a new email account I created just for this purpose.
