I am not familiar enough with the Google Apps dashboard to give you a
direct answer. However, it would be really nice if Google would provide
sites with a page template that would allow a discussion board without lots
of trickery being necessary.
I have tried to come up with many ways to accomplish this and have yet to
like the results. My most recent solution has been to utilize Kidblog.org.
