The contents of googlecl-0.9.13.tar.gz are different than what I get when I do an SVN checkout of http://googlecl.googlecode.com/svn/tags/release-0.9.13/ .

Should I be using one rather than the other?

Shouldn't matter.  What differences do you see?  I think we do a few minor cleanup things before a release.
