New issue 517 by brad.all...@gmail.com: google docs upload
--folder="Testing" does not work.. does not put in the actual folder
http://code.google.com/p/googlecl/issues/detail?id=517

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. google docs upload --folder="Testing" --title="Test Report2222"
Growth_Report.xls
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to go into the folder Testing.

Instead it went into the / directory on my google drive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?
version= googlecl-0.9.14.tar.gz
MacOS version = 10.8.2
