Also to date the penalty was placed on March 27th approximately and it
has been a little more than 2 months. The site has been moving back up slowly. To our knowledge we do not see anywhere with our themes to download. Anyone using them must already have a copy and they are changing their theme. We continue to email sites we find using link: search on google, and have emailed everyone we can. To date we have made like 2-3 reconsideration requests and we are hoping that our efforts to clean up will satisfy the engineer who reviews our site so they can lift the penalty. Keeping my fingers crossed! Ironically it is easier to take the long road cause the short road always leads to more work that is retro instead forward moving. :( You must Sign in before you can post messages.
