why the Google bot sees irrelevant keywords and content in my site and
i hope that this makes my site disappeared in search engine rankings.
How can i found the spam content and bad neighborhood in my site.

Because your site does not have URL- so please if you want sy to try
to help you please post the URL of your site ar add it to your
profile.

By the way you may look at the source of your files whether you can
find anything that is not from you, but added by third party- which
means that your site is hacked.
