i have igoogle set as my homepage, and whenever i open up safari,
rather than showing me the top of the page, like one would expect, it
prompts me to the bottom of the page.
ive tried setting my homepage to something else and switching back to
igoogle to see if that'd reset it, but alas...it doesnt...
I've had the same thing, and it's only started in the past two weeks.
I've tried clearing the cache in Safari, but no luck. Any helpful
suggestion would be appreciated.

I was able to solve this problem by moving around some of the items in
the personalized iGoogle page and/or switching back and forth from
"Classic Google" to iGoogle. Good luck!
