How can I get a google SOAP API key?

There are many tools I must use. They require a SOAP key - NOT THE
AJAX key.

I know that SOAP KEYS are not available anymore through google.

Is there any way to get a SOAP key?

Can I buy one somewhere?

I have the same problem: I need a Google SOAP Search API key!
