i already have a google account. Account id is rvelut...@gmail.com.
How do i get a license key for using google api's. To get a license key
the help says create an account but i already have an account so how do
i get a licence key? Please help

In the "create an account" page,just fill in the form with your
already-exist-account just as you were creating a new account.Then your
licence will be sent to your email relevant to your account.

I have an active google account and I'm trying to get a license key and
have tried the steps mentioned above, e.g. follow the "create an
account" steps...... However, no license key is delivered. What's up
with that? -TB

I have exactly the same problem.
I haven't ever received ant key.
Even triing to re-register (i get the error that the account already
exist)...

Same here.
It is very frustrating.

I have tried all the reasonably possible links and methods, even
the ones recomended by those that have been successful.
Unfortunately, even their demos don't work any more.

AARGH!

It would be nice if someone from Google would monitor this thread,
and give us an answer....

Found an answer.

When you get the "setup a new account" just enter all
your information and you will get this message:"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Existing License Key

Our records indicate you already have a valid Google Account and have
received a Google Web APIs license key.

For your convenience, we have re-sent your license key to the email
address we have on record.

If you have further questions, please visit our Getting Help page.

When you get signup page, enter all data and you will have your
existing key re-mailed to you.
Here is the message after re-entering your data on signup screen:
