I believed that this way- Wiki/everybody-can-translate-a-website style
should be improved.
Translation needs a coordinator,at least by looking at his
contributions/translation effort. These person should maintain the
translation/change and report directly to Google Translation Committee.
I am not sure if this google-malay has been 100% translated,if so, any
new change should be *freezed* .
Any ammendments should be forward to coordinator.
I want to give example of Plone translation
http://plone.org/development/teams/i18n/existing-translations
They have Quality Assurance person-3rd party person which will approve
any translation from any language.
I believe this is a bottleneck,however,but worth at the cost of quality
:)
