Subject: Sitemap for thousand sites
Hi,

our company has a click-2-setup webpage-sollution. We sell to the
small/medium-size company's whom want to get on the web quick and easy.
The site is setup as one site, loading content according to the
requested hostname.

I have made a sitemap.gz file, which does the same thing. It's a CGI
which generates a sitemap for the site (like this:
http://monty.demo.flexiweb.no/sitemap.gz ), setting lastmod to the last
time the user changed something, and returns 404 code if it can't get
the right enviroment variables to load the shop.

The issue is how to get this to google? I don't want to manually insert
many sites, and I'm afraid that if I use the ping-mechanizm, google
will register a "flood" at a certain req/sec, and ignore all sites. How
to do it correctly?

Hoping for a pollite answer,

Regards,

Danny.
