issues with a slow connection

My connection has been very slow periodically as of late. Is there a decrease in performance when there are alot of users accessing the network? I have a PepWave Modem in my house to boost the signal, but still I get a weak signal and very, very slow connection. I'm at Moorpark and Rainbow. Thanks! Dina... more »

"Service Unavailable" Maude & Logue

Hi, We have received a number of calls about users not being able to complete the login to access the internet. During the login process, they see a message saying Service Unavailable. Very Slow Internet Connection

Hello Google! Lately the Lane Ave. node has been providing a very slow internet connection. It's not a signal strength issue though. Any insight to why the internet connection here is so slow? Thanks for any help!

Hello, and thank you in advance. I had Google Wi-Fi last week until Wednesday and it was no reception at all. Not even picking up a signal outside. I then called the Google Wi-Fi hot line and reported the outage. Then wrote on the blog. Yesterday I got a very strong connection. Much stronger than before.... more »

Any suggestions on how to get google wi-fi, I am in Mt View. Califonia Street and rengstorf. Any help, I have even gone to the point where i go outside my Condo and get in the parking lot next to rengstorf park and there is no Google Wi-Fi. Thanks for your help.

I live at the corner of Rengstorff and California in Mt View. We have no connection to the internet through Gooogle Wifi. For the last 2 weeks it has been sporadic. I am wondering if anyone knows what the issue is and if they are working on it.

Does anyone know what value one should put in the "Logon Domain" box when trying to connect to Googlewifisecure in Mt View, Ca? Also, do you find that the Googlewifi connection in kind of slow, comapred to even the lowest DSL (300-400 KB/s) ? Thanks
