Dead node(s)

I live near Mercy and Calderon. The node that has usually come in
strongest went off the air 6-8 weeks ago. The next loudest node only shows
up about 20% of the time.
A.lot of the time, there are no nodes visible at all. And even when I
connect, GMail never completes loading...
Is GoogleWifi dead, and just not announced?

I know it's a free service and it has been superb for the past years only
experience short intervals of 'no service' in units of days.
However, since the publish of Voice about downtime of the network, we are

Well it appears that there has been some action on part of Google.
For the first time since Dec 20th, I can get fast download and upload
speeds. I have to still check the data corruption issue.

I just downloaded Ubuntu update "linux-image-3.2.0-35-generic" , which has
been failing for several months -- it's one of several updates that are

Node 8.6.48.5 is down. If I ping the prior node is 64.9.228.129 and there
is 0% pocket loss and ping times average 9ms.
Next node is 8.6.48.5, the pocket loss 77% pocket loss and an average ping
time 2 seconds (3,000 ms). Therefore this is the problem node.
