Can we use non gwt project's classes in GWT project?

Yes, you need to make the java source of you projects available at compile time. The easiest way is to create gwt.xml module in every non gwt project and add it in the gwt.xml in your gwt project.

Cant we add non gwt project without creating gwt.xml for every non gwt
module?
Please suggest

I think this is the only way, but i'm not sure. But it is quite easy and fast to do it. The only thing you have to do is to provide .java files at compile time, how to do it is up to you.

GWT does not emulate the entire JRE. See the documentation for the classes that are emulated. You may find that for some "important" stuff, you want to do it via RPC calls to a Java server or not at all.
