Running in web mode, not in hosted !

Hello, after changes within my project structure, i get the following
error with the MyApp-shell.cmd : "Ressource not found:
com.mycompany.gwt.MyApp.nocache.html"

I do not understant why, this file exists in www directory. And if a
manually start MyApp.html (after compiling) in www directory, then
everything works on my browser.

Please some help, i can not work any more in hosted mode !
