Hi,

Starting today, I noticed that when adding a gadget to a blip, the
blip size is not calculated correctly and only part of the gadget is
shown. This was not the behavior until yesterday, and also on the
preview version it still works fine, i.e. the blip size is adjusted
automatically to fully accommodate the gadget.
I could not find any way in the API to set the blip size
programatically.

Hi Boaz -

That sounds like a regression issue with our latest release. Can you
point me to a wave where you saw this? (Or steps for replication?)

Hi Pamela,

Here is the URL to the wave:

https://wave.google.com/a/wavesandbox.com/#restored:wave:wavesandbox.com!w%252BLPKAwVNno.1

Now the problem also exists on the preview version:

Can you add public to that wave? (Or if you don't want to do that, add
pamel...@wavesandbox.com/pamel...@googlewave.com?)

Okay, I see. The gadget in that wave does not specify a height, and
does not use the dynamic height library, so Wave would not know what
height to render it at. Please either specify a height in the
ModulePrefs and/or use the dynamic height library.

I believe the change in behavior is because we changed the default
start height of gadgets - we used to start them taller, but it didn't
look good when a tall loading screen became a tiny gadget.

Thank you, using the height attribute solved my problem.
