When will Google Wave be available to everyone?

Is their a time table for when Google Wave will available to
everyone?

I would love to know when it will be availible to anyone WITHOUT
invite too!

So would I, but I doubt Google has set a timetable.  Programmers shouldn't be forced to put something live that isn't ready yet.

Currently, users who are interested in using the Google Wave preview
now can sign up on our form and get an account invitation from us
pretty quickly. We look forward to improving the experience based on
the feedback we've gotten from
users, and opening it up more widely in the first half of 2010.

Groups are supported already (though the UI may change for them in the
Navigation panel). See:
