You are being sent this mail because you requested access to the

After filling in this form, you should receive a mail with your

details within a few days.

Hope to see you on Google Wave soon,

- The Google Wave Team"

I've contacted them twice and with no reply. Has anyone successfully
contacted them through this email?

It's been 12 days for me now.

Google, please answer. There's at least three different threads/groups
I know of that are asking about the sandbox account information from
the email you sent out. Can you either send out an email to everyone
who still needs processing to let them know what is going on, or
process the invites? I've been following this situation closely, and
it has been very difficult for me to find any information as to what
is going on with the recent sandbox invites. I know that you're
transitioning sandbox accounts to some sort of new system, whatever
that means, and I understand that things take time. But people who
already had sandbox accounts still appear to be able to use their
accounts, so the new system only appears to be preventing processing.
From what I can tell, if you process our invite requests, we'll be
able to log in, new system or not. Can you *please* send out an
official email to everyone who has a pending sandbox form to process
explaining what is happening, or process the forms?

I apologize for constantly posting and emailing about this, but I
really do not understand what is so difficult about this. If the
sandbox can handle more accounts, there's no reason to actually create
the accounts and give out the information to people. If the sandbox
cannot handle any more accounts, you should not be sending out any
emails saying that people will receive account information. Why would
you send out a form to create an account when you can't handle more
accounts?

Hi Cyrai-

Sorry for not being transparent enough. We transitioned the system over late last week.

We are currently processing the backlog of developers who filled out the second form (where you specify desired account names). We have a few thousand of those developers left.

Then we will process the backlog of developers who have requested the ability to fill out the second form. As you noted, it is not a good idea to invite more developers to fill out the second form, if we are not fulfilling those account creation requests fast enough. So, while the first backlog exists, we will not be inviting more developers to fill out the second form.

(There are various forms and backlogs involved; hope that makes sense).

Our hope is to get through the first backlog in the next 2 days.

I just hope there is some order in this. It would dismaying if people
applied for the first stage recently are piping those who have waited
since the beginning just to get to the second stage, and have now been
waiting weeks.

I start to second guess whether the form was submitted. I'm pretty
sure it was, and I don't want to resubmit. I am somewhat surprised at
the lack of automation, especially at the second stage.

It is nice that someone from Google answered. My other question would
be will we be getting a wave account once the sandbox account is
setup? I'd like to test them with some of my friends.
