Any change in terms of service??

Hi

In june I asked the following question:-

'Am developing applications on
a company intranet and would like to use an offline versoin of Google
Motion Charts. I imagine a number of companies would like this
facility as well.
Is there any likely change to the terms of service to allow this? '

Is there any change to the terms of service, or any likely change in
the forthcoming year?
I am having to consider alternative solutions to requirement as the
data i'm looking it is highly confidential.
