Values displayed above or in each column

When drawing a column chart, is it possible to display the value of
each column either above or in the column?

Like this:

I want to display the chart on a display, and it's important to
visually see the exact value.

Not at the moment. You can use the google image charts to do that

I have same problem. I also saw google image chart but i don't found
this option in wizard.
